Band from under-bust chart. Cup from bust minus band difference.
Wearing your bra, wrap a flexible tape measure firmly around your torso directly under your breasts, flat against your rib cage.
Exhale naturally, then take your measurement. The tape should be snug and level from front to back — not digging in.
No flexible tape? Use a string or cord to mark the length, then lay it flat and measure against a ruler.
Loop the tape around your back and across the fullest part of your bust — usually directly across the nipple line.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed against your skin — don't pull it tight.
